Guarantee

Planhorse UK guarantee to the first user of its Clamps, Trolleys and Wallracks (hereinafter referred to as the “warranted product”) that up to the value of their purchase price all “warranted products” directly supplied by Planhorse UK is guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship provided the purchaser and their agents have properly assembled, installed, serviced and operated the “warranted products”. For this guarantee to apply the “warranted products” must have been used for the purpose for which it was intended when any fault appears.

PLAN CLAMPS

All sizes of plan clamp come with a no fuss 10 year replacement guarantee from the date of purchase by the first user.

TROLLEYS & WALLRACKS

All sizes of plan trolleys and wall racks come with a no fuss 5 year replacement guarantee from the date of purchase by the first user.

AWARDS

Planhorse has been awarded 3 Designmark Awards. It has also received the New Millenium International Award for Technology and Quality in Switzerland in 2000.

EXCLUSIONS

This guarantee does not apply to

1. Bodily injury or property damage of any description caused by the “warranted products” or the items they were filing/holding at the time any event occurs.
2. Any “warranted product” that has been modified, changed or altered by the user or any other person or company.
3. Scratching, denting, superficial damage or blemish, paint colour, texture and finish or such events.
4. Normal wear and tear or usage which is outside the purpose for which the “warranted product” is intended.
5. Items which have been sold or passed on by the first user.
